My Business Philosophy...
y philosophy in the real estate business is very simple: I strive to deliver a great experience for every customer. This is accomplished through the collaborating efforts of the many members of the Re/Max Results team who are dedicated to the success of your housing transaction. For more than 32 years, I've been getting high marks from my home buying and selling customers in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding suburbs. It is my plan to continue this tradition, and I look forward to serving your needs, too!

I have made long term relationships with many of my clients and that has only enriched the experience and myself. Areas of Expertise...
have been involved in all aspects of real estate because of the diversity of my large clientele, who are from all walks of life and many of whom were relocating. I have very strong listening skills and incorporate new technical ideas with old-fashioned hard work. There is nothing in the real estate business I have not experienced, with each transaction being different.
Personal Interests...
n my spare time I enjoy golfing, traveling, gardening, all types of sports, and I'm an avid current events "junkie". Over the years as my children were growing up I was involved in many of their activities like coaching baseball, hockey, and was one of the founders of the Plymouth/Wayzata Baseball Association. Now I watch my grandchildren enjoy the same exciting activities!
